Greg Canfield – Board Chairman
Greg Canfield has been on the Lowell Light & Power Board since 2006 and has been Chairman since 2007. Greg & Deb Canfield live at 403 N Washington, along with two of their five children. They also have operated Canfield Plumbing & Heating since 1993. Greg has lived in the Lowell Area since he was 2 (49 yrs) and graduated from Lowell High School in 1975. Hobbies are old cars, music and traveling. Past involvement includes Planning Commission 5 yrs, Lowell Historic District Commission 5 yrs, Construction Board of Appeals, (Lowell & Cascade Twp) 10 yrs.
Perry Beachum – Board Chairman
Perry is a lifetime resident of Lowell and graduated in 1972 from Lowell High School and then attended Hope College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is married to Teresa Ann Timpson and they have two children. Our son Zach lives locally and owns and operates Zach’s Clean Cut Lawn Care and Plowing. Zach graduated from Western Michigan University with a teaching degree in January 2012. Our daughter Meghan graduated from Hope College; she lives in Denver, CO and works for Vail Resorts Inc. Perry owns and operates Beachum Flooring. He is active in the community being a member of the City of Lowell Parks and Recreation Commission, Lowell Area Recreation Authority, The Pink Arrow Pride committee and Lowell Light and Power Board. My goal is to represent the citizens of the Lowell area and guide Lowell Light and Power in providing economical, safe and reliable power while being the premier utility of our size.
Tina Siciliano-Cadwallader - Board Member
Tina has been a long-time resident and Lowell graduate, and furthered her studies at Davenport College. She is on the 1980 class reunion planning committee with 3 of her greatest childhood friends; Tracy, Terrie and Gloria. Tina and her husband David have 2 daughters, Heather (O’Brian) and Heidi (Lamoreaux). Tina’s family also includes Matt Siciliano and Monte Knapp. Tina’s volunteer experience includes: Showboat choir/decorating as a kid, face painting at events, re-float the Showboat fund raiser, Lowell Showboat Garden Club President, the Lowell Historical Museum as well as gardening for two churches. She recently joined the Lowell Light and Power Board. Tina loves Lowell, and wants to help The City of Lowell continue on the path of a successful, kind, loving place to live.
