We unveiled a new and improved Customer Portal experience last December, and our customers have really enjoyed the ease and simplicity of it. In celebration, we are entering LL&P customers that enroll in AutoPay and / or Paperless Billing between May 1st – December 31, 2022 (and are still active in January 2023) into a Lowell Buck$ giveaway!
Customers will receive 1 entry for enrolling in AutoPay or 1 entry for enrolling in Paperless Billing. Customers that enroll in BOTH will receive 3 entries. This is a great time to give them both a try! We don’t want anyone to miss out, so we’re not holding the drawing until the first week of January 2023.
We realize that customers that do not have an email won’t be able to create a Customer Portal account or enroll in Paperless Billing, but you CAN still be enrolled in AutoPay with our assistance. Please give the office a call at 616-897-8402 and one of our friendly team members will be happy to help you.
Winning customers will be notified by January 9th and will have until January 25th, 2023 to respond & claim their prize.
