A PLUS is a program that Lowell Light & Power developed in 2010 with Flat River Outreach Ministries (FROM) to assist our customers with utility bill payments during the occasional financial crisis that many of us experience during the normal course of life. From time to time, anyone can fall short in a given month. In an effort to prevent disruption of utility services, or the accumulation of fees, this program is designed to assist customers who do not qualify for other resources.
Since inception, LL&P customers have helped us fund this program and we are thrilled to report that A PLUS has been able to help over a hundred and fifty LL&P customers. Now, we are once again asking our customers to donate to the A PLUS Program by “rounding up” their monthly payment to the next dollar or making a one-time donation. The donations will be matched by Lowell Light & Power and placed in the A PLUS fund. FROM will administer the funds to customers who qualify throughout the year.

Print off the A PLUS Program Donation form and bring it into the office. When you donate $5 or more or round up your bill for one year, we will give you three LED light bulbs or two LED night lights.
