We Want To Hear From You, Our Customers!

Lowell Light & Power strives to provide our customers with safe, cost-effective and reliable electric service. This July and August, we are sharing an opportunity for our customers to provide some valuable feedback. Not only does it give customers the change to tell us what we do well, and where we could use some improvement, but the survey will also show us where we rank nationally, among other Public Power providers.

Customers who receive a paper bill in the mail will get an insert with all the information needed. Customers that receive an eBill will be able to view the insert via a link contained in the email. We also have all the information available here on our website, and printed in the office.

Please take a moment to complete the survey & share your thoughts with us about how we’re doing. The survey will only take a few minutes, and the answers are made on a scale of 1 to 10: 1 = Very Good and 10 = Very Poor.

To complete the survey:

Scan the QR Code found on this page, included in your ebill, in our emails or on our website.

To provide proof of completion:

Provide us with an emailed or printed screenshot of the “Thank You” screen at the end of the survey.

Note: The survey is anonymous, SO you must include your name, address, phone number & account number to be entered into the drawing.

If you prefer, you may stop by the office and complete a paper copy & provide the info above at that time.
