Journeyman Line Worker Position Summary: Under the direction of the Foreman or designated supervisor, assist in the construction, maintenance, and operation of the Lowell Light and Power electrical system by constructing, installing, repairing, replacing, inspecting, or removing equipment and materials required for the distribution of electric power and telecommunication services. Work includes both overhead and underground line construction and maintenance. The position may also require responding to outage or trouble calls and, when necessary, working independently to identify and resolve issues in the field.
