Lowell Light & Power is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and affordable electric service along with exceptional customer support. May 1st through June 5th, we are asking our customers to complete a confidential customer satisfaction survey.

Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We invite you to take a few minutes to complete our survey and share your thoughts!

How to Complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey

There are a few ways to complete the survey. You may scan the QR code above, use the quick link here – Customer Survey, or stop by our office at 127 N. Broadway for a paper copy.

The survey is available May 1st – June 5th, 2026.

How to Provide Proof of the Customer Satisfaction Survey Completion

Every survey is kept confidential. Please provide us with an emailed or printed screenshot of the “Thank You” screen at the end of the survey. Please include your name, address, phone number and account number.

When you turn in a paper copy at our office, you won’t need to provide us with anything other than your contact info and account number.

Drawings for the Bill Credits will be held by June 24th, 2026. Winners will be notified by phone and email and announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
