Lowell Light & Power strives to provide each and every customer with safe, affordable and reliable electric service, and top notch customer care. July 1st through August 15th, we are asking our customers to complete a confidential customer satisfaction survey.
We realize the importance of knowing where our customers see our strengths are, and how we can serve you better. Please take the survey today!
About the Survey Questions
The survey primarily consists of a variety of questions about Customer Service, our Field Service Representatives, and Rating the Utility on Programs we offer, like Residential Rebates, Commercial Rebates, Appliance Recycling and more.
Additionally, there will also be questions about Demographics and electric vehicles. Many of the questions ask for a rating on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 = very good and 10 = very poor. All of your answers are confidential.
How to Complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey
There are a few ways to complete the survey. You may scan the QR code below, use the quick link on our homepage, or stop by our office at 127 N. Broadway for a paper copy.
The survey is available July 1st – August 15th, 2024.
How to Provide Proof of the Customer Satisfaction Survey Completion
Every survey is kept confidential. Please provide us with an emailed or printed screenshot of the “Thank You” screen at the end of the survey. Please include your name, address, phone number and account number.
When you turn in a paper copy in our office, you won’t need to provide us with anything other than your contact info.

Drawings for prizes will be held by September 6th, 2024. Winners will be notified by phone and email. First names will also be shared on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
